After the recent surge in demand for places on our puppy training classes, things seem to be getting back to normal. We still have some places available on our next puppy course due to start on Sunday 4th July 2021.
If you are not sure whether the classes are right for you, or you want to see what it is all about, then get in touch and you are welcome to come along and watch one of our lessons in advance (without your pup though).

Because all of the dogs attending life skills have either already been assessed by us or completed a previous training course with us, we can be confident that when you attend life skills, the class will be suitable for your dog. This course is suitable for any dog aged over 22 weeks who has completed a training course or received a one to one training session with us.

The primary aim is that they enjoy learning these ‘tasks’….it’s great fun for them but at the same time they are being taught good manners.
All exercises must comply with the APDT Code of Practice and positive motivational methods must be employed at all times. Clickers, food and toys may be used wherever needed and appropriate at this stage for rewarding, but not luring, behaviour.
