We were referred to Vicky by our vet because our puppy was showing reactive behaviour. We are so grateful for the help, advice, suggestions and support Vicky is giving to us. We feel like we are able to help our little Humphrey to grow in confidence and to learn to cope with life! We have started the reactive dog classes with Vicky and her team and are impressed by her and their knowledge, professionalism and kindness towards the dogs and the owners! We worked with Vicky in 1-1 behaviour sessions for our reactive puppy who also has separation anxiety. She worked with us to understand our pups behaviour, body language and why he was acting out. She taught me and my partner techniques to help manage our reactive dog that suited him and his personality. She came back for a follow up and was able to provide extra advice via email. 8 months of hard work and training later our puppy is pretty much completely reformed. No more walking in the bushes, empty places or extreme times of day. No more lunging and barking. We have a dog who can socialise and play with dogs and ignore cyclists and joggers and children. When we got in touch with haveagooddog we were at the point of considering rehoming and at our wits end. We now couldn’t be happier with his progress and it’s all down to the advice and support Vicky has given us.

Just completed Little Learners course. Vicky is a great trainer, the course was focused and really well taught. Would highly recommend it.

Fully recommend the have a good dog team. I’ve done the puppy courses and had 121 sessions but they do so much more than that and I’ll be exploring these options as well. They genuinely care about you, your dog and their progress and are on hand to give further assistance when you need it. Class sizes are small enough so that your dog gets the attention it needs and the trainers spend time with each dog which makes it a much more personal experience. I’ve experienced other trainers but this lot would be my go to for sure, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
